Kay was professional, sensitive and caring to all of our needs for my father`s send off, she spoke about him as if she personally knew him, which is the highest accolade I can give her, she was literally excellent throughout and I would highly recommend her services in what is a truly challenging time.

From the beginning of contact between us, I felt that you listened to anything I wrote or suggested, changing it accordingly when you sent me the draft copy to make it perfect. The poems you suggested were a perfect choice and were very fitting to compliment what we had put together for the script. The way you read the script sounded as though you were reading with heartfelt empathy for the family and friends attending.
